EXPLANATORY TEXT ON THE PROCESSING OF CAMERA FOOTAG

Ayer Tarım Ürünleri Tic. A.Ş., a camera system is used in our facilities to ensure security. This clarification text has been prepared in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) in order to inform you, our visitors and employees.

Purpose of processing personal data recorded by camera:

• Ensuring physical security,
• Identification of incidents and the creation of evidence,
• Increasing the safety of our employees and visitors.

What personal data the CCTV footage contains:

• Video footage,
• Employee and visitor credentials.

Storage period of camera footage:

Camera recordings are stored for 30 days in accordance with the relevant legislation and are automatically deleted at the end of this period.

With whom we share your personal data:

Camera recordings can only be shared in a limited way to fulfill our legal obligations, to meet the security needs and to be forwarded to the competent authorities when necessary.

Rights of personal data subjects:

You may exercise your rights to use and process your personal data related to camera footage within the scope of Article 11 of the LPPD. Among these rights; You have the right to question, correct, delete or object to the processing of your data.
